At Soli Echo, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Eligibility:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items and intimates are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

❗Please note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original item.

🔁 How to Request a Return:

Please email us at returnsupport@shopsoliecho.com with the following information:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return (optional but helpful)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

💳 Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
